The locality is safe, and I often see police patrolling. Some areas are poorly lit at night, which can be unsettling.

Been living here for 12 years. The area has excellent connectivity to schools, hospitals, and markets. However, some bylanes lack proper lighting at night, which can be a concern.

Property prices have dipped a bit in the past year, but looking at the current state, the area has significant returns. It has good connectivity via road and it's close to IT parks as well.

The area has ocassional water logging issues but overall, it's a decent locality with affordable rental options.

Dropped by a relative's house once and the neighborhood is friendly, and amenities are close by too. However, the streets were quite busy and crowded which felt congested.
