I often visit friends here, the area is calm and ideal for evening walks. What bugs me is how isolated it can feel after dark.
What I like is the balance of greenery and developing infrastructure. Though there water supply issues during summer months but its manageable.
Good mix of residential buildings and local markets makes it easy for daily life. But don’t expect fancy restaurants or cafés around here.
Chikhali has seen enormous scale in terms of development with good infrastructure and better connectivity at the same time. It is a semi residential and semi industrial area making it difficult to live in that area which has movement of heavy vehicles and sometime pollution from factory too which makes noise at sometimes.
Chikhali is developing. I have been here for the past 4 years. It is close to social needs but public transport is still lacking. railway station is nearby but buses are irregular and metro is not here. You must rely on autos which charge a lot.
The neighborhood feels warm but the connectivity can be better. Basic infrastructure is there but I wish there were more greenery
It is part industrial part residential so the noise and congestion is too much at times. It also gets bit dusty.
The area is clearly developing with new projects and social amenities. The appreciation may take time and avoid properties with unclear title history or the ones inside the blue lines
Chikhali is cost effective and you will find decent flats at reasonable price.
