The locality is developing steadily. Basic amenities are available, but the absence of a nearby metro station is a drawback. Sultan metro is around 7-8 km from here, which can be inconvenient.

The area is safe, and the neighbors are welcoming. Local shops and markets are nearby so it's helpful.

Rent is affordable and the area is peaceful, but the roads are poorly lit at night, raising safety concerns.

I stayed at my uncle's house here for a few days. The area is calm and give a village-like feel but public transport is limited so having your own vehicle is a must.

Moved here for my work. The area provides basic amenities but there are limited cafes and restaurents nearby.
