the area feels traditionall...also parking is a struggle if u own a car..and you absolutely need your own bike or car to survive here because PMPML buses are always packed

Water supply from PCMC is not continuous and we have to rely heavily on private tankers during summer. Streetlights on the internal lanes also need frequent maintenance.

Commuting to Bhosari industrial area or Chakan is easy from here. However, public bus frequency is quite low, so having your own vehicle is almost mandatory.
I have seen this area transform from a rural layout into an urban residential pocket. Electricity supply is very stable now, and the community is peaceful.
