Being a resident for over 8 years, I find the area relaxing and homely. It has a different comfort of residential convenience and urban lifestyle with acess to markets and restaurents. The surroundings are airy and feels comfortable. Some internal roads are heavy on congestion. otherwise, it's a good area.

The locality gives good rental yeilds. This is mainly because of the connectivity via metro and airport. Several IT parks are nearby too.

Came to see my cousin who lives in Shobhapur. We went to see Mahadji Shinde Chhatri, and it was an enrichin experience. The locality is definitely vibrant and gives a peaceful vibe, but i was disappointed we didn't find any good cafes nearby.

Empress Garden provides a good balance between nature and city life. It's full of greenery but also with urban convenience like transport links and social infrastructure.

Generally peaceful and quiet, the area can become noisy and crowded in the weekends, especially the roads around Mahadji Shinde Chhatri, which becomes very congested at times.
