Schools, hospitals, and markets are nearby Pune Cantonment so we do live a stress-free life here. Roads are wide and tree-lined. The only downside is limited affordable housing options due to high demand. Rent is increasing at a rapid pace and sometimes it feels too expensive.

I invested in a resale 1BHK in this locality. It is always occupied, so thanks to demand from defence and corporate employees. The roads however are not well-maintained. Potholes are never repaired on time.

I have been staying here for six months now. It is a well-connected locality with clean surroundings. Bus stops, auto stands, and malls are within reach. Rent is high but I feel very safe here so won't complain. the only downside is the irregular waste management.

A few months back, I visited a friend in Pune Cantonment and like the area. The place has a colonial charm, clean roads, and less noise. Traffic can get heavy during weekends though and you will struggle to find parking spaces. I literally spent almost an hour to find a spot to park my car.

As an owner, I appreciate the greenery, security, and cleanliness in this locality. It’s expensive to buy here, but it’s totally worth the comfort and access to premium amenities.
