traffic near the navale bridge and sinhgad road is a total nightmare during peak hours. If I have to go towards Katraj or the city, I end up stuck in jams for at least thirty minutes. The dust from the ongoing construction projects and the highway is also a bit annoying
Rents are fair here for the size you get. Jadhav Nagar bus stop is walking distance and D-Mart is close for daily needs. Sinhgad Road gets slow in the mornings but that's true for this whole belt.
