I’ve been renting in Bopodi for 8 months. It’s close to Aundh and Khadki, so commuting is easy. There are many small shops, and I usually grab my evening snacks from a stall near the main road. Rent is decent and the locality feels peaceful.

We have been staying in Bopodi for over 12 years now. It’s a calm locality with good neighbours. There are regular vegetable vendors and the Friday market is quite lively. It’s not posh, but life here is easygoing.

We live in a 1BHK near Bopodi chowk. It’s calm, safe, and not very crowded. Lots of working people around. There are small parks and temples nearby. My office in Baner is about 20 minutes by two-wheeler.

I feel Bopodi has long term potential. There’s army land around, so the area feels safe. With development happening around Aundh and Range Hills, Bopodi benefits indirectly. It’s a smart location for low risk investment.
