This sector is very peaceful and the colony park is kept clean. We can walk around safely even after 9 PM, and the streetlights actually work properly all through the night.
Commuting is very easy from here because the Major Mohit Sharma metro station is quite close. I can just walk to the station in 10 minutes, saving a lot of time daily.
The roads inside B Block have become quite broken now. The municipal corporation never fixes the potholes, and the whole street gets waterlogged even after a small rain. Daily driving is a pain.
It is a decent area with clinics and chemists just around the corner. Fresh fruit vendors come right outside the gate daily, so getting essentials is never a struggle.
Staying in a PG here is fine but the power cuts in summer are very annoying. The backup fails often and mobile network drops completely inside the rooms... hard to study.
Parking a car in B Block is a complete nightmare during weekends. The lanes are narrow and residents park their vehicles on the road, leaving absolutely no space for visitors.
Property prices are holding up well since schools and markets are nearby. Rents are decent for 2BHK flats, but the open drainage system nearby needs urgent cleaning by the authorities.
The footfall is good since the main sector market is attached to B Block. It is easy for delivery rickshaws to get inside, though evening traffic at the entry gate gets jammed.
The streets are quite broad and safe for kids to cycle around in the evening. There is no heavy traffic inside the block, and the main school bus stops are just nearby.

Renting in B Block is okay but water is a big issue. The municipal water comes only for 1 hour in the morning and it is barely enough... we have to buy tankers very often.
