Write a Review

Staying as a PG student here is quite convenient because the shared autos run frequently towards the coaching centers and college hubs. Plus the local food corners and tea stalls are open till late evening.

Living here is peaceful since the colony internal roads are very wide and clean. There are small community parks inside the block where senior folks can walk quietly without any vehicle disturbance.

Travel time to Delhi is a major pain if you leave during the morning rush hours. The traffic bottleneck near the main Meerut Road junction eats up easily 20 to 25 minutes daily.

Rents are stable at around 14k for a decent builder floor here. The neighborhood is safe but the municipal water supply is a real headache, it comes only for 1 hour in the early morning.

Finding good schools like DPS Ghaziabad right in the vicinity is the best part of staying here. The sector streets feel totally safe even if you are out buying milk or bread late.

The internal lanes are completely encroached by people parking their heavy cars on both sides. Footpaths are broken or missing entirely, so taking a simple morning walk has become very risky now.

The market area gets extremely chaotic by 6 PM and customers struggle to find any space for parking. The civic body needs to clear the roadside hawkers who block the main entry lanes.

Main problem here is the erratic electricity cuts during peak summer months. The voltage drops constantly and unless your house has a proper power inverter backup, you will suffer a lot.

Visiting friends here is easy by road since it is well connected to the highway, but the Shaheed Sthal metro is quite far. Expect to shell out 60 rupees for an e-rickshaw ride.

Rental yield is consistent because working professionals prefer this block over faraway extensions. Houses sell quickly too, though municipal maintenance of drainage lines could be better.
