Last month only I visited my relatives living near Lal Kuan and found Hapur Road to be crowded but vibrant. Lots of shops and eateries are there. Public transport is also decent. I somehow did not like the area as the roads were not that clean and traffic congestion made commutes frustrating.

I rented a 2BHK on Hapur Road due to its affordable rent. Markets, schools, and hospitals are nearby. Traffic can be severe during peak hours, but public transport is available timely so it did not bother me much. I liked living here

I am staying here for almost a year now. The best part is the locality's connectivity with the rest of the city and beyond. I also get affordable and quality food easily here so I love the area.:) :) There is air-pollution and the roads are dusty but that's manageable.

We bought an apartment here five years ago. Since then, property prices have steadily appreciated. The location is close to the NH-24 and well-connected to Delhi so commuting to and from here is easy. Living here has been peaceful, safe and convenient.

We have a plot here since 2016, and is happy with the fact that property prices have appreciated well. My property price has increased by around 52%. Infrastructural development is still going on so I am sure my property will fetch good money in the future.
