I visit the area quite often as my aunt lives here and find the area clean, peaceful, and well-connected. The neighborhood feels organized, with less traffic chaos compared to central Pune.
We are happy being residents here. My society is gated with proper amenities and security so I live a stress-free life here. Shops, malls, markets, hospiatls are also closeby so availing services or buying goods is not a hassle from here. My only concern is the traffic jams but the government is repairing the roads quite often now so I am sure, things will become better soon.
I have a 2 BHK property here given on rent and to be honest, I am not happy with the rental income. Bhumkar Nagar rent is low so I do not earn much. Roads are not good and waste management is also not that great either. I am planning to sell the property soon.
