As a student in the PCMC area, this location is very practical. The rental options are affordable, especially if you're sharing. The connectivity to various colleges is good, and the area has a youthful vibe.

The area is close to good schools, and it has an overall safe and clean environment. There are several parks and play areas for children. It's a great place to watch your kids grow up, away from the chaos of the main city, but with all the necessary facilities.

The area is great for families. Close to Hinjewadi IT park, but quieter. Rent is still reasonable compared to prime Wakad.

The rental demand here is consistently high due to the IT areas nearby. Property values have been appreciating steadily. It's a strategic location that is going to get more valuable as Hinjewadi expands.

Good schools and parks nearby. The area feels safe and is developing fast, with new shops opening up.

Living in Bhumkar Nagar has been good so far. Grocery stores, vegetable shops, hospitals, everything is closeby. The area is affordable so thankfully I save a lot. My only concern is the poor waste management. Garbage is not collected daily. Things have been better than the previous year though.

The locality has 24/7 water supply and regular garbage collection in our area. Groceries, gyms, and restaurants are easily accessible. I love living here but during summers, we face water scarcity and water tankers charge a lot.

I visit the area quite often as my aunt lives here and find the area clean, peaceful, and well-connected. The neighborhood feels organized, with less traffic chaos compared to central Pune.

We are happy being residents here. My society is gated with proper amenities and security so I live a stress-free life here. Shops, malls, markets, hospiatls are also closeby so availing services or buying goods is not a hassle from here. My only concern is the traffic jams but the government is repairing the roads quite often now so I am sure, things will become better soon.

I have a 2 BHK property here given on rent and to be honest, I am not happy with the rental income. Bhumkar Nagar rent is low so I do not earn much. Roads are not good and waste management is also not that great either. I am planning to sell the property soon.
