I’ve been renting in Bhoirwadi for over a year. The proximity to Hinjewadi Phase 3 is a big plus for IT employees like me. However, groceries and local stores are still limited, so we rely on nearby Wakad or Balewadi.

I bought a 3BHK here during pre-launch. The area has developed rapidly, and property value has doubled. However, ongoing construction all around gets annoying at time due to dust and noise.

I moved here for better work-life balance. The air feels cleaner, and there’s minimal noise pollution. But, Zomato and Swiggy deliveries often take longer due to fewer local restaurants.

I bought a flat as my retirement home. Peaceful surroundings and plenty of greenery attracted me. Sadly, access to hospitals and emergency services is still a bit far off.

I’ve been investing in the western corridor of Pune, and Bhoirwadi has strong growth indicators. The only downside is the absence of metro connectivity.
