We are living here for over 3 years now. The locality is peaceful yet lively, with excellent social amenities, good schools, and healthcare just a walk away. The only problem here is the traffic congestion. The area has become crowded and people mostly prefer travelling with their own vehicles causing traffic jams quite often.

I invested in a 1BHK on Baner Road in 2018. My rental income has been consistent due to high demand from IT professionals working in Hinjewadi and Balewadi. My tenants are happy here but do sometimes complain about the less availability of parking spaces.

As a tenant, I love Baner Road’s connectivity and modern vibe. Cafes, gyms, and coworking spaces make it ideal for young professionals. I just feel that the area lacks green spaces and public trnsport could have been better.

Baner Road is an ideal area to live in for families. We are living here for 5 years and love the area. The only negative aspect of this locality is the traffic jams. During the peak hours, buses are full and autos charge almost double the actual rate.

I chose to buy a property in Baner Road for its blend of livability and investor appeal. With tech parks, malls, and schools nearby, it attracts both buyers and long-term tenants easily. My property never remained vacant even for a month. Property prices are also appreciating well here assuring me a good ROI on my investment.
