Been living here for 7 years and i'll say the locality will not suit everyone. It only works for a low-key lifestyle away from city. If you're okay to compromise on big fancy lifestyle, this will be a peaceful option. There's a Bopdev Hill hiking point nearby for a quick weekend trip.
I don't know how my cousin lives here but the area feels very industrial. Not much in terms of eateries or cafes. It’s mostly functional, not pretty.
Rental demand is mostly from factory workers or blue-collar employees, so if you’re looking for stable tenants, it works, but don’t expect high rental yields. Connectivity is a concern right now, but I see potential if the Pune Ring Road or public infrastructure plans work
