West Marredpally’s proximity to Secunderabad station and commercial hubs makes it a good investment. The locality has good civic amenities and low crime rates, attracting long-term tenants.

West Marredpally is very well connected. the metro is literally 10 mins from here. the lanes are quiet and pleasant. But make sure you choose a new building because some older buildings have water supply and pressure issues

The neighborhood feels settled. There's everything within walking distance. We live in the LIC colony and there's a church nearby and JBS bus stand is also walkable.

This area is great for all kinds people. students, families, young professionals. there re renowned colleges and hospitals nearby. IT parks are not far either. it's a good place to settle down or even rent

West Marredpally works for me because commute is manageable to both Secunderabad and Hitec IT zones. But some lanes are very narrow and when there’s rain the drainage seems to struggle in a few parts.

West Marredpally is a solid place for property investment because supply is restricted and connectivity is great. Appreciation may take some time but it is low risk and reliable

Rent here in Kanakaraya Thottam Pulianthope is around 14k for a standard room which is reasonable, but food joints are limited. Also, evening traffic builds up heavily near the main sector entry point.

This pocket of Sr Enclave Prasanth Nagar Malkajgiri has excellent open space for parking cars, which is a major relief. The whole layout feels very safe for walking even late at night after work.

Visiting friends in Vanasthalipuram is completely fine if you have a bike, but buses get very crowded. Internal sector roads are fine but the main junction outside gets bad jams daily.

Water supply is the biggest headache in this pocket of Kompally. Internal streets get heavily flooded during monsoons, making it a nightmare to step out., manage somehow.

Rent here in Hennur is around 14k for a standard room which is reasonable, but food joints are limited. Footpaths are broken or missing in some spots, though general cleanliness is alright....

Liveable area but the water supply timing here is strict, coming only for 2 hours in the morning. You just need to store water properly in tanks to manage throughout the day... otherwise okay....

The streetlights on the main roads of Surya Nagar work perfectly fine at night. You can easily catch shared rides to the nearest metro station or train terminal from the corner stand.
