Azamabad is mainly industrial but you can find some small flats here at cheap rent. since i work in ram nagar, this area works fine for now

Streets are not walkable here. it feels messy and too congested. but i like that its close to RTC metro.

You will find a lot of shops and industies here, more than apartments. i have rented out a floor of my building here to a shop. the area doesnt feel too peaceful so it's better suited for commercial use

For students, this area works because of low rent and proximity to many coaching and colleges. my college osmana uni is nearby so this is ok for me. not recommended to settle down though,

Rental demand is okay. Check surroundings before buying as some parts are more industrial, some residential. It varies a lot street by street.
