Living in Vinayak Nagar has been decent so far. I work in Koregaon Park, and travel takes hardly 10-15 minutes. There are many small cafes and food places nearby, so weekends are sorted. Roads are okay but parking can be a problem in some lanes.

The connectivity is the biggest advantage here. People prefer this area due to the railway station and offices nearby. Maintenance of some internal roads can improve.

The area is well connected, especially with Tadiwala Road and Boat Club Road nearby. Daily commute was easy, but traffic near Pune Station gets heavy. Not many parks around, so that’s something I miss.

Vinayak Nagar has excellent connectivity with metro and railway access. Rental income is consistent here. Scope for appreciation is moderate but stable.

Everything is nearby, from hospitals to shopping places like SGS Mall. Area is busy but manageable. Roads are decent, though traffic can be irritating sometimes. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to live in the city.
