The area has many well maintained parks and gardens. It feels very fresh and alive. But the traffic on Outer ring road is too much and disrupts the commute. the road conditions are not that good.
Vikaspuri is a well maintained and posh area. There are multiple parks and the greenery around road and inner lanes make it more peaceful. My workplace is also nearby but getting through the ORR is a hassle in the morning.
This is one of the few localities in Delhi that has low pollution levels. Congestion is an issue but still the rental yield is awesome because of connectivity and social benefits. Reputed school and hospitals are here and Reliance Mall is another charm
