Been living in Vakil Nagar for 8 months now. The bus stop is close, and auto guys are mostly easy to find. The area is clean, and roads are in decent shape. Some nice cafes and a yoga studio nearby, which is a plus.

The location has decent rental movement due to student crowd and young professionals. It’s not overly crowded like some other Pune areas. The surroundings are calm, and basic infrastructure like roads, streetlights and shops are all there. New buildings are coming up fast.

This place has peace and fun. Lots of cafes, and even a nice rooftop gym nearby. My PG is walking distance from the main road, and it’s super easy to get cabs and autos anytime. It’s clean, and the vibe is youthful. Rent is a bit higher, but worth it.

Vakil Nagar is not crowded, and water and electricity supply is regular. Sometimes parking gets tight, but otherwise it’s a good place to live. Shops and clinics are within walking distance. The area is clean and police presence is there.
