my biggest problem is the increasing commercialization of the residential lanes. People park their vehicles inside our block.. which ruins the peace and eats up our space.

I usually head to Sector 18 or the nearby Spice Mall for movies since there aren't many cool cafes right in the block.

Sector 12 is at a saturation point.. so growth will be driven by the quality of individual redevelopments. focus on properties closer to main roads

the area is green and feels pleasant..houses are not much spacious but its mangaeable. there are good gyms, parks, hospitals etc nearby too

one thing to watch out for is the monkeys... they are literally everywhere in Sector 12 and make sitting in the balcony impossible

Renting a floor here is quite cheap and the neighborhood is very green. The only massive headache is the monkey population... they completely take over the balconies, making it impossible to sit outside.

Living here is comfortable since everything like the local Sector 12 market and pharmacies are at walking distance. The increasing commercialization inside the block lanes is ruining the quiet vibe though.

Priyadarshini Park is very close for regular evening walks and the neighborhood feels incredibly safe. Street lights on all the internal lanes function perfectly every single night.

Travelling to the Sector 62 IT hub is fast via Amaltash Marg, but peak hour traffic gets tightly jammed. Autos charge flat rates instead of using meters, which gets highly irritating.

This block is a solid, old residential space where major spots like Metro Multispeciality Hospital are nearby. Water timing is fixed but supply is clean and sufficient for daily tasks.

Walking around the lanes is difficult because outside vehicles block the gates and corners completely. People park randomly everywhere inside the residential space, leaving very little room to move.

Finding a proper spot to park a car here is an absolute nightmare during evening hours. The internal roads are too narrow for two-way traffic when vehicles are parked on both sides.

Rental demand stays high due to the close distance to major corporate hubs and commercial sectors. Individual builder floors give excellent regular returns since the area is centrally located in Noida.

Standard rooms are easily available at affordable prices here. You get good cheap food options like Sagar Chole Bhature right around the corner, though the inside lanes look a bit dusty.

Main roads around the block get completely waterlogged even during short summer rains due to choked drains. It creates a massive muck right outside, slowing down the foot traffic completely.
