Sector 78 is a lovely area to live in. I am renting a 1 BHK near Ved Van Park and it's really peaceful. there are many apartment buildings are societies here. so many local shops and food outlets. It gives a family vibe

A very nice locality but practically speaking, owning a home here is so much costlier than other sectors nearby. Mainly because of the reputed builder projects and metro connectivity. Gated communities charge so much extra for maintainence but the good part is you get top notch security

I like this area for many reasons but sometimes parking is limited in some complexes because of the population density

Sector 78 is a modern and premium area in Noida. You get great amenities in societies and complexes here but finding an affordable flat is tough here. Most housing units are high end and negotiating is not a chance.

It is a well developed area and has solid social amenities. But civic infrastructure is still developing. A lot of buildings and urban development has led to road congestion and crowd. Plus there is limited number of recreational zones and also affordable housing which can push many tenants away.
