You get decent-sized homes here and that too at low rents. I wish the local markets were close and cleaner.

I don't like it here much as the roads are poorly lit, and walking at night feels uneasy. Im just here becuase the rent is low.

I invested here a while back and have had no trouble finding tenants. The rental income isn't sky-high, but it's consistent.

The property rates here have grown slowly and iff you’re not in a rush, this area can quietly build value over time.
