I've been renting a 1 BHK in Peerzadiguda for the past year. The locality is peaceful and offers good connectivity to the city via the NH 163 and Outer Ring Road. However, during monsoons, some low-lying areas experience waterlogging, which can be irritating

The area has good apartments at reasonable prices but connectivity to IT hubs will be difficult because there's no direct metro from here. the closest one is 7 km away, and IT parks like Mindspace and Infosys SEZ are around 8-9 km from here. Traffic also ruins the schedule.

Perfect locality for a peaceful and low cost of living lifestyle. Daily essentials are nearby, and there are a couple of parks here to hangout at.

I have rented my property here, and since I live outside India, my manager handles everything. The rental demand is good here, and I don't face any major issue in getting tenants. Vacancy rates are low too, but since there's no metro, people often suffer while commuting, esepcially if they don't have their own vehicle. I have heard of waterlogging issues as well.

Last weekend, I visited the Bhagyanagar Nandanavanam Deer Par with my cousin who lives in Peerzadiguda. It was a lovely experience but reaching there took us longer due to traffic, and finding an auto was a hassle too. I wish there was a direct metro.
