Marri Pally is a good area for me due to lower rent. Buses and shared autos are available, but the metro is far, so travel takes time. Some lanes get messy in rains. Not great for nightlife or hangouts.

I bought a small plot in Marri Pally. The location near the eastern corridor and NH side looks promising. Good option if you want steady appreciation and can wait.

Commute by bike is manageable in Marri Pally and the area is calm. The greenery around is decent. Not many fancy cafes, but basic shops and clinics are close by. Feels safe to walk back at night.

I like the peaceful, residential vibe in Marri Pally. Schools and hospitals are reachable in 10-20 minutes, and traffic is lighter than other parts of the city. Evenings are quiet. Kids can play near the house. For the rent, it is totally worth it.

I feel Marri Pally works well for families. The area is generally safe, neighbours are friendly, and daily needs are handled easily. Roads and drainage still need improvement in a few stretches.

What can be improved about Marri Pally
