Tiruvallur is a decent locality. you will get basic amenities all nearby like markets, bus stops, clinics, hospitals and small malls. But don't expect anything premium. the apartments are also very mid and basic. since i am here temporarily, it's fine for me

Renting is fine but the area is not ideal for settling down. I moved here last year for my job. It feels isolated and very dull. except temples and a few malls, there is no other recreation or entertainment options
