There are some really good apartments coming up here. It’s turning into a modern residential pocket, and the prices are still within reach.

I moved here for work and stayed for the lifestyle. Everything from supermarkets to clinics is just a walk away.

It’s not flashy, but it’s practical. Kattupakkam has schools, shops, and hospitals within reach, which is perfect for families.

Kattupakkam has grown a lot in the past few years. The area has new parks, and things are much more organized now.

Kattupakkam a family-friendly suburb and good neighbourhood. It has schools, hospitals, IT companies and temples. It connects with NH4 highway and bus commutation is good. Metro work is in progress and soon it will have metro access to all over Chennai. Good for families and IT Workers a place to call home.
