Explored the area for a portential investment. The infrastructure is solid and I like the wide roads and vibrant atmosphere in the evening. Traffic can be a big issue though.

Have been renting here for 2 years, and I find the metro connectivity very convenient. It's 2 km from my residence. There are plenty of supermarkets and eateries nearby.

Living here with my family for over a decade, I appreciate the wide roads and proximity to SBOA School and MMM Hospital. However, traffic congestion during peak hours remains a concern.

I shifted here for my job in Egmore, as it's more vibrant and cost-effective than Central Chennai. The area is surrounded by lots of good cafes and eateries. It's a fun place to live in. Rent is decent too.

Investing here is a huge profitable decision. The price appreciation is good but the traffic congestion hampers the quality of life. Water logging is also a concern sometimes.
