The spiritual vibe around the temple is something I truly cherish. But food options are limited unless you head to the city side.

It’s not too far from Ambattur or Avadi, so commuting isn’t bad. What’s annoying is the irregular water supply in a few localities.

Property rates are still reasonable, and it's developing fast. However, drainage issues during monsoon are a big concern for most streets.

I love how you still get green views here, not just buildings. But medical facilities aren’t immediately accessible in all pockets.

Thiruverkadu feels safe, and people are generally welcoming. However, civic maintenance like cleaning and street repairs needs a serious upgrade.
