Tathawade is perfect for someone like me working in Hinjewadi. Daily commute is short and stress-free. The locality has plenty of new apartments and co-living spaces. It's still growing, so the vibe is calm. But nightlife and cafes are almost non-existent.

I bought a 2BHK in Tathawade last year. Colleges and IT offices are nearby, so it’s easy to find tenants. Rental returns are stable. The area is slowly getting busier though, especially in peak hours.

We chose Tathawade because of its affordability and connectivity. It’s near the highway, so getting to other parts of Pune is simple. There are decent grocery stores and a few eateries.

I bought a flat here a few years ago for rental income. Always in demand due to nearby colleges and tech parks. New malls and restaurants are coming up too. Only issue is traffic during office hours.

Been living in Tathawade for nearly 6 years. The area is developing fast with many new buildings and IT offices nearby. Connectivity to different areas is great. But the internal roads still need a lot of work.

Tathawade is developing quickly. New buildings are coming up, and you can find modern apartments. Living here with my family has been good. It’s peaceful, and we have good schools and clinics nearby.

Tathawade is developing and I love the theme park nearby which has go karting and rifle shooting. But the roads are still bad and waterlogging is common during rain.

I live in the Rajmuda Colony near the ashoknagar bus stop. It's a lovely area but I do feel there limited public transport. a metro can really help and also ease down the traffic

Tathawade is a growing area with many good amenities. I love it because it feels peaceful and quiet. NH-48 gives good connectivity too which obviously comes with traffic sometimes

Being a college student, the area is definitely cost effective and student friendly. its safe and pretty nice to live here

If you're investing, look for properties near the main road or the college area. they have the chance to blow up more than the inner pockets

The area has newer apartment projects, comparatively modern infrastructure, and availability of daily essentials, schools, and restaurants. The area offers a balanced lifestyle with relatively better affordability than central Pune

The area has a mix of cafés, residential complexes, and commercial spaces that give it a modern suburban feel.
