Living in Sus feels like a breath of fresh air compared to the more hectic parts of Pune. It’s safe and residential, and I like that there are some parks nearby.

Sus is a good place for long-term investment. There’s a lot of construction happening, and I see rental demand going up. However, the place still lacks a few conveniences like large grocery stores and entertainment options.

The place is good for someone like me who wants to stay away from the chaos of the city. Sus is a developing area, and it offers peaceful surroundings and easy access to major roads. But, it has less shops, cafes, and entertainment options.

We moved here with the family a few years ago. The area has grown a lot, with new schools, shops, and parks. It’s perfect for families, but the traffic on the main roads can be a problem during peak hours.

I have been living in Sus for about 5 years now. It’s a peaceful area, away from the noise of the city. You get fresh air and a calm environment. However, the roads are not in the best shape, and parking can be tough.

I visited a colleague in SUS for a weekend catch-up. The area is well-connected by main roads, but the internal roads could use some work. I like that it’s still a bit secluded from the chaos of the city.
