The colony has a calm vibe. Rent is reasonable and water supply is consistent. A bit far from the city center, but great if you value a quiet life.

I’ve been staying here for a year now. The area is peaceful, with wide roads and good access to Hadapsar and Magarpatta. Feels safe even during late evening walks.

This location offers good rental options. Not too expensive, and plenty of local shops and messes around. Bus connectivity is a real help.

I grew up here and still own property. The location has remained safe and stable over time. Value isn’t skyrocketing, but it gives peace of mind and decent rental income.

This area is under radar but has potential. Rental demand exists because of proximity to industrial and IT sectors. Returns aren't explosive yet, but steady and reliable.

I visited my cousin who lives here and was surprised by how quiet and green the surroundings were. Didn’t feel like I was near Pune’s busier zones. Good break from the chaos.
