मगरपट्टा आणि एनआयबीएम (NIBM) जवळ असल्याने गुंतवणुकीसाठी हा भाग उत्तम आहे. मात्र, महापालिकेकडून ड्रेनेज लाईन आणि कचरा व्यवस्थापनाचे काम अजूनही अपूर्ण आहे. रस्ते अरुंद असल्याने पार्किंगचा प्रश्न निर्माण होतोय. नागरी सुविधांमध्ये सुधारणा झाल्यासच मालमत्तेचे व्हॅल्यूएशन भविष्यात योग्य प्रकारे वाढेल.
