मुलांच्या शिक्षणासाठी विशॉप्स स्कूल आणि दिल्ली पब्लिक स्कूल जवळ आहेत. खरेदीसाठी हडपसर भाजी मंडई सोयीची आहे. मात्र, या भागात पिण्याच्या पाण्याची समस्या मोठी असून सोसायट्यांना सतत टँकर मागवावे लागतात. काही गल्ल्यांमध्ये पथदिवे बंद असल्याने रात्रीच्या वेळी फिरताना सुरक्षित वाटत नाही.
मगरपट्टा आणि एनआयबीएम (NIBM) जवळ असल्याने गुंतवणुकीसाठी हा भाग उत्तम आहे. मात्र, महापालिकेकडून ड्रेनेज लाईन आणि कचरा व्यवस्थापनाचे काम अजूनही अपूर्ण आहे. रस्ते अरुंद असल्याने पार्किंगचा प्रश्न निर्माण होतोय. नागरी सुविधांमध्ये सुधारणा झाल्यासच मालमत्तेचे व्हॅल्यूएशन भविष्यात योग्य प्रकारे वाढेल.
