This area is well-connected and convenient for daily travel, especially to the industrial zones and markets. Public transport is frequent, and essentials are nearby. It can get noisy during peak hours, but overall, it's a good place to stay.

Markets and malls are close by and area is generally good and budget friendly too. But there's not enough food options nearby in terms of cafes and big restaurants

We live close to the spine city mall and the area is very noisy and crowded especially in evenings. Good part is the security in residential societies and constant patrolling from local police.

The area has weak public transport facilities. no metro connectivity so i rely mostly on buses which are not frequent and always crowded. But rent is much lower than other parts of Pune

The highway connectivity and proximity to MIDC is major plus for the long term growth. If public transport improves, it will be a great investment option or even buy to rent option

It's a good and safe area for living alone. Inner streets are clean and calmer. But traffic around the Spine Road is huge and hectic

Local grocery shops sort daily needs well, but big markets are a bit far from here. You just need to store water properly in tanks to manage throughout the day... otherwise okay.

Liveable area but the water supply timing here is strict, coming only for 2 hours in the morning. Internal sector roads are fine but the main junction outside gets bad jams daily. NGL

Too much dust from open plots and broken road patches makes riding a bike here a pain. Public transport connectivity drops down to zero late at night, making travel unsafe.

Rent here in Anepalya Neelasandra is around 14k for a standard room which is reasonable, but food joints are limited. You just need to store water properly in tanks to manage throughout the day... otherwise okay.

Mornings are super peaceful here for walks, and the parks in I C Colony Borivali West Borivali are kept tidy. Local grocery stores, pharmacies, and small vegetable vendors sort your daily needs perfectly.

Rent here in Itpl Main Road is around 14k for a standard room which is reasonable, but food joints are limited. You just need to store water properly in tanks to manage throughout the day... otherwise okay. TBH

This pocket of Khindipada Bhandup West has excellent open space for parking cars, which is a major relief. The whole layout feels very safe for walking even late at night after work.

Garbage is just dumped on the roadside corners in Chandani Chowk Bavdhan and civic trucks don't clear it daily. It creates a massive stink near the shops during daytime and ruins the whole walkability....

Autos overcharge like crazy during office hours, asking 60 rupees for very short distances. Heavy trucks passing through nearby roads create a lot of noise and vibration all night.

Mornings are super peaceful here for walks, and the parks in Bhoiwada are kept tidy. You can easily catch shared rides to the nearest metro station or train terminal from the corner stand....
