The rent is much more reasonable here compared to nearby Kharadi or Viman Nagar. The apartments in Siddhi Park are spacious, and basic grocery stores are available right outside the gate.

Water scarcity is a major issue. We are almost entirely dependent on private water tankers as corporate supply is very irregular. Society maintenance charges are climbing up quickly because of this.

There are excellent international schools located all along the Wagholi stretch, making the school run very easy. The gated layout of Siddhi Park is secure and has a nice play area for kids.

Commuting to the EON IT Park in Kharadi is relatively quick by bike, but the traffic on the main Pune-Ahmednagar highway during rush hours is a complete nightmare with heavy dust and pollution.

I have watched Wagholi grow from a rural suburb into an urban hub. Siddhi Park is a stable society with a friendly community. Power supply has become much more stable over the last few years.

Inside the society complex, it is very peaceful and well-maintained for evening walks. However, walking outside on the main connecting roads is dangerous due to missing footpaths and fast traffic.

I visit relatives here frequently. Finding visitor parking inside the society is generally managed well by security, but the unpaved approach road outside the gate gets incredibly muddy when it rains.

Rental demand stays very high due to the floating IT workforce looking for budget options near Kharadi. Capital value appreciation is steady and holds strong long-term potential.

NGL, it's a decent hub for students because of the colleges nearby. Room-sharing options are cheap, and there are plenty of local food joints and messes that fit a tight pocket budget.

The local body takes a long time to clear garbage bins near the main highway access point. Potholes on the main approach road slow down delivery trucks bringing stock to my store.
