Rents for 3BHK builder floors near Shivalik main road are steep, around 50k to 65k. Reaching Malviya Nagar metro station takes barely 5 minutes on foot, but double parking along internal lanes makes driving out every evening a chore.

Living close to Geetanjali Marg keeps mornings very serene and green. Local parks inside the colony are extremely well maintained, though heavy traffic near Press Enclave road during evening peak hours is a regular bottleneck.

Apeejay School is right nearby which saves huge daily drop-off hassle. Colony gates keep the area very secure for evening walks, though finding open parking spots for visitors is practically impossible.

Yellow Line connection from Malviya Nagar metro makes travelling to Gurgaon offices super smooth. E-rickshaws line up right outside the colony gates, though getting out onto main Saket road gets jammed during evening rush hour.

Jal Board water supply is clean and regular, but road repair work near Block B lanes leaves a lot of dust during daytime... neighborhood safety and tree cover are still top class though.

Morning strolls inside Shivalik DDA park are peaceful and safe. Pavements are generally walkable compared to other areas, but delivery bikes speeding inside narrow residential lanes need proper regulation.

Finding a car parking spot inside Shivalik Colony on weekends is a total nightmare. Taking the metro to Malviya Nagar station and walking down is definitely the most stress-free option when visiting friends here.

Property prices for independent builder floors are sky high here. Excellent demand from corporate professionals and expat families ensures high rents and almost zero vacancy throughout the year.

Shared PG options near Shivalik road are super costly compared to main Malviya Nagar market. Food spots near Panchsheel Enclave are close, but auto drivers charge flat rates without meter for short drops late at night...

Commercial footfall along Shivalik main road market stays steady. Delivery tempos face severe delays during afternoon hours because of narrow gated lanes and double-parked cars everywhere.
