Paschim Vihar West metro station is barely a 15-minute walk from here, making daily travel to work very sorted. The rent for builder floors is quite high, around 25k for a standard unit, but the safety in these gated lanes makes it totally worth the budget.

Living in A 3 Block is mostly peaceful as the internal roads have minimal noise. All your basic grocery shops and daily needs are right inside the block. The major problem is street parking, as families have 2 or 3 cars and spaces get completely packed by evening.

The location is perfect because top schools like Apeejay and St. Froebel are right around the corner, saving kids long bus rides. The streets feel completely secure for family walks during the daytime, though municipal water timings are strictly limited to morning hours.

The connectivity to the Outer Ring Road is great, but the evening traffic near Jwala Heri Main Marg is a daily disaster. E-rickshaws block the entire turn, and it easily takes 20 minutes just to clear that short stretch after an exhausting day at the office.

We have plenty of green spaces and well-kept colony parks for morning walks here. The neighborhood vibe is excellent and very settled. Only issue is the seasonal waterlogging on the lower approach roads whenever it rains heavily for an hour.

The main internal avenues like Captain Kumud Kumar Marg are wide, but walking safely is tough. Youngsters drive their scooties at crazy speeds through the residential lanes, and the complete lack of unbroken footpaths forces elderly people to constantly dodge traffic.

Visited a friend's place in Block A3 recently. The builder floors look quite premium, but do not even think of bringing a large car inside. The lanes are narrow due to open street parking on both sides, making maneuvering a vehicle a massive headache.

Rental demand is rock solid here in 2026 because of the premium West Delhi tag and proximity to Action Balaji Hospital. However, the civic drainage lines are heavily choked and overhead internet cables hang messy everywhere, which slightly ruins the premium look of the block.

Staying in a shared room here is slightly costly but very convenient for coaching. Paschim Vihar East metro station is close by, and local street food stalls near the market area are great. The streets get quite dark and empty after 10 PM though.

Footfall from the nearby posh residential crowd is excellent for business. The only major pain point is the municipal garbage disposal. People frequently drop commercial waste near the boundary walls, and the cleaning trucks arrive very irregularly.
