Write a Review

The security here is top notch and the roads are exceptionally clean. Commuting through Rajpath is seamless with absolutely no potholes or traffic chaos. It feels completely elite and safe at any hour.

Living in the government quarters around here means beautiful wide avenues and zero garbage issues. Central Secretariat metro is very close, making travel easy. But getting daily grocery vendors inside the secure zone is a bit tough.

This is the calmest part of Delhi, completely surrounded by greenery and massive lawns. The streets are perfectly lit and highly secure. The only downside is the strict barricading and route diversions whenever VVIP movement happens.

Visited the office blocks near North Block recently. The grand architecture is stunning and the open spaces are immaculate. However, public parking is extremely restricted and you have to walk quite a distance from the designated lots.

The walking tracks around the central lawns are beautiful and quiet in the early mornings. Air quality feels slightly better here due to the heavy tree cover. It is a very peaceful place, though auto stands are far.

Running a small kiosk near the outer office borders brings decent footfall from staff. However, security protocols are incredibly tight. Any sudden protocol enforcement means we have to pack up or face strict restrictions immediately.

The streets are very safe for walking and there is absolutely no rowdy traffic inside the residential pockets. Top schools are easily reachable in the central area. It is quiet, though you miss having local corner markets.

The library access and central archives nearby are great for research. Metro connectivity is excellent from Central Sec. The area is beautiful but heavily policed... you cannot just chill or loiter around the main spots without being questioned.

The residential bungalows here are beautifully managed by the civic body. Water supply is constant and power cuts are non-existent. It is an exclusive oasis, though you depend entirely on delivery apps for basic daily shopping.

Being an institutional and government hub, private buying options are basically zero. The surrounding premium residential zones hold immense value due to the elite status, pristine surroundings, and unmatched civic upkeep of this central zone.
