We shifted to Shirwal 6 years back. Life here is simple and peaceful. It is not crowded like the city. But for any big shopping or hospital needs, we have to go far to the central areas of Pune.

Shirwal is peaceful and surrounded by greenery. I shifted here for work at an industrial plant nearby. Rents are low and flats are spacious. Basic groceries are available but you have to go a little far for bigger stores or malls.

Shirwal is nice for investment now. Big companies like pharmaceutical, manufacturing setting up factories. Rental demand will rise slowly.

For families looking for space and fresh air, Shirwal is a good choice. Schools and small hospitals are within reach. However, public transport options are few, so owning a vehicle becomes necessary here.

Bought land here 12 years ago when nothing much was there. Now it's growing fast. New roads and industries are coming. Still, the area gets too dusty in summer.

Living in Shirwal is very convenient thanks to its connectivity via NH 965DD. The Shirwal Bus Stop is the main transit point that connects well to Pune and the surrounding towns. Metro connectivity is not there.

As a student at Krantisinh Nana Patil College of Veterinary Science, I appreciate the peaceful environment here. The college is a landmark with excellent facilities, and the locality around is clean and well-maintained.

Shirwal is emerging as an affordable residential and commercial hub due to its strategic highway connectivity and industrial development nearby. Properties around Krantisinh Nana Patil College and the Shirwal Bus Stand have shown steady appreciation.

There is ample greenery and open spaces in Shirwal. The areas around Pandharpur Phata offer nice spots for walks, and the local vibe is calm compared to the hustle of Pune city.

Our home is close to Krantisinh Nana Patil College. We get good road connectivity via Naigon Road. The locality is peaceful and safe, a great place for raising children with access to good educational institutions.

This area has a low-cost area with future growth potential, especially due to nearby industrial zones, but returns are slow and depend on development.

The area it feels like a quiet, semi-rural area with basic facilities, less crowd, and cleaner surroundings, but limited entertainment and slower connectivity compared to Pune city.
