What I like about Shewalwadi is that the area is calm. There is enough parking in most societies. Roads are decent, but during monsoon, some parts get waterlogged. Market for daily groceries is nearby.

The area is peaceful and still has some open land. We have seen schools and medical shops slowly coming up. My kids play in the open space behind our building. It feels like a proper neighbourhood.

Development in Shewalwadi is slow, but steady. Metro is far. The rental demand is okay, especially from IT folks working nearby. If you are looking for fast returns, maybe not ideal, but for long-term hold, it’s a decent bet.

Flat rent fits my budget, but the area feels a bit isolated. The streetlights are missing in some parts. Also, no big gym or supermarket nearby. Cleanliness is average. But if you're working nearby, it’s a practical place to stay.

We have been living in Shewalwadi since it was just a few houses. Now many buildings have come up. It is still not crowded like city areas. The public transport is a bit weak, but if you have a vehicle, it's manageable.
