Being centrally located allows me to avoid the worst traffic, giving me the perfect environment to balance a high-pressure tech job with a peaceful, quiet neighborhood.

Our family thrives here because everything is so well-integrated. My children attend Maharashtra Education Society's (MES) School nearby, which makes the morning school run very manageable. For our healthcare needs, Sahyadri Hospital is just a short, reliable drive away. We truly enjoy our calm, refreshing evening walks at the Pu La Deshpande Garden; it’s a beautiful green space for us.
