Very good locality, easy to access by bus to chinchwadgaon. This Area having good connectivity, decent infrastructure, and access to schools and markets. It’s considered safe and relatively clean, though some parts face traffic and water supply issues.

Living in Sharad Nagar is a strategic move for my daily commute to the Hinjewadi Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park and Talawade IT Hub. I primarily use the Spine Road, which offers excellent connectivity and helps me avoid the heavy central traffic. It is a quiet, well-settled neighborhood to return to after a high-pressure day in the tech corridor.

This area is wonderful for a family. My children attend Kamalnayan Bajaj High School nearby, which makes the morning school run very smooth and stress-free. For our healthcare requirements, Sainath Hospital is just a short, reliable drive away. We love spending our quiet evenings at the Raigad Park; it is a beautiful, safe, and well-maintained green space for the kids.

येथे शहराच्या मुख्य गजबजाटापासून लांब असल्यामुळे अभ्यासासाठी हवी तशी शांतता मिळते. जवळच नामांकित महाविद्यालये आणि सार्वजनिक वाचनालये असल्याने अभ्यासावर पूर्ण लक्ष केंद्रित करता येते. मुख्य रस्ते आणि सार्वजनिक वाहतुकीच्या सोयी उपलब्ध असल्याने शहराच्या कोणत्याही भागात जाणे सोपे जाते. राहण्याचा खर्चही परवडणारा आहे, ज्यामुळे माझ्यासारख्या विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी हे एक अत्यंत सोयीस्कर ठिकाण आहे.

शारद नगर, चिखली येथे राहण्याचा अनुभव खूपच शांत आणि सुरक्षित आहे. येथे सर्व आवश्यक सोयी-सुविधा हाताशी आहेत, त्यामुळे ज्येष्ठ नागरिकांना प्रवासाची जास्त चिंता करावी लागत नाही. जवळच भाजी मार्केट आणि उत्तम दवाखाने आहेत. संध्याकाळी जवळच्या बागेत फिरताना खूप प्रसन्न वाटते, ज्यामुळे निवृत्तीनंतरचा काळ अतिशय आनंदाने आणि सुरक्षित वातावरणात घालवता येतो. हे ठिकाण माझ्यासाठी अगदी सोयीस्कर आणि निवांत आहे.
