I rent near the main market. The area is along NH-44 and Hyderabad Road. Daily needs are easy at Reliance Fresh and Anmol Super Mart.

I like Shadnagar as a long‑term, entry‑level real estate investment. NH‑44 is easily accessible, and rail connectivity via Shadnagar Train Station is also fine.

Connectivity is the best part here in Shadnagar. Evenings at Srinagar Colony Park are a nice break and for groceries, there are local kiranas.

The area is affordable and has a calm vibe. I commute by train when possible. Shadnagar Train Station is the most reliable option for me. Buses can be hit-or-miss late evenings, so I plan ahead.

Our home is close to Srinagar Colony Park. It’s easy living due to nearby shops, temple visits at Sri Venkateshwara Swamy Temple, and straightforward highway access. Weekend shopping at CMR Shopping Mall covers most of my needs.

I live in a 1 BHK flat here, and I love the locality. the rent is cheap, connectivity is good, and there are supermarkets and other daily necessities nearby but I find there aren't enough hospitals or healtcare facilities in this area

The area is good - clean and safe, but travelling to other parts of the city can be difficult. There is no metro station nearby. Raidurg is the closest one, which is around 50 kms away. There is only one bus stop nearby and it gets crowded in the morning.

I have a property here, and I like the safe and vibrant environment. But rental demand is not sufficient here, as there's connectivity issues. railway station is nearby but lack of metro and enough bus stops, it gets difficult for people to commute easily.

Living here since last year, and what I love about the place is that it's quiet and peaceful, The rent is also cheap and affordable with all modern amenities, and there is Golden Lake nearby, which I love spending time during weekends.

Shadnagar is a good place but investing here has its pros and cons. The developing infrastructure makes it a great place for long term investment, as there are chances of high returns. but some areas are outdated and rental demand is not that great, due to lack of industrial zones and metro
