I own a condo here and totally love the overall vibe of the area. It's not a premium locality and has many limitations too but the ongoing development can make it better in terms of civic infrastructure.
I live in a small apartment and what I like is the little gardens and big malls nearby. especially the Ocus Medly. But its too residential and if you work in the IT, all big companies and IT parks are far from here and transportation isn't great so that's a challenge
The area is peaceful and has good amenities. Rental apartments are plenty here and very reasonable compared to other sectors. I work as a teacher in SCR world school which is very close to my building so i don't have to commute.
The proposed metro line makes it a good option for future appreciation. I like the mix of mid to premium launches here but some parts have incomplete roads and have dispute prone areas that can impact the resale value and also timeline
