Sector 9 might not be a modern area but shops, hospiptals, schools, etc are nearby. Garbage collection in that area is not that great though.

The rent here is not that high but apartments are a bit old. The roads are also a bit uneven and when it rains its becomes hard to move as they get floooded.

I have been living here for a few years now and I just love it here. It's close to my office and my kids school is also nearby and the best part is that metro stations are also within wlaking distance from my house.

I picked up a small unit here a while back, and it's been self-sustaining. The infrastructure isn't top-tier, but the basics are covered.

My property here has been rented almost continuously. The returns that I gain from them are not that high but it is steady.
