I moved here two years ago for my job nearby. commuting is no problem for me but I do feel the area lacks many amenities like good hangout spots, restaurants, malls, cafes etc.also roads feel bumpy and waterlogging is also a concern during rains

Sector 88A has great apartments and societies nearby. But connectivity isnt that great. no metro line directly from here. buses are usually very crowded.

I love living here. The area is peaceful, social infrastructure is good, grocery stores, vegetable markets, everything is nearby. But eateries and entertainment hubs are not available here.

My experience while living in Sector 88A has not been that good. The locality enjoys good connectivity but hospitals and schools are far. Online delivery persons also struggle reaching here since inner lane roads are not that great.

Rental demand in Sector 88A is currently low so I am not earning good profit out of it. But I am sure I will get good ROI in the future as property rates are witnessing good hike here

We shifted here to escape the city crowd and is happy living here. Area is good and safe and connectivity is poor.Buses are there but they are not reliable.

I am living here since 2022 and I am happy living here. Rent is not too high and the area is clean. I have my own vehicle so commuting is easy for me but the locality lacks public transport.

I invested in Sector 88A after comparing multiple options in New Gurgaon and is very happy with my decision. I have given my property on rent and is enjoying good rental income out of it. Roads however do need proper maintenance and repair. Pot holes causes accidents here.
