I moved to Sector 83 last year and have been quite satisfied. The area has several modern societies with good amenities, and Sapphire 83 is nearby for shopping and dining. The roads are wider than many older sectors, which makes daily travel easier.

The area feels safe and residential. My family enjoys living here because schools like St. Xavier's High School and Sri Chaitanya School are nearby.

New Gurugram continues to witness strong residential growth. So, I invested in a property in Sector 83. Connectivity through Dwarka Expressway and the ongoing infrastructure upgrades make this locality attractive for long-term capital appreciation.

As someone working near Cyber City, I wanted a locality with better rental value. Sector 83 offers spacious apartments and a quieter environment. There are enough grocery stores, gyms, and cafes around, though public transport options could improve.

The neighbourhood has modern residential projects, landscaped surroundings, and easy access to hospitals like The Signature Advanced Super Speciality Hospital. It feels more organised than many older areas.

The locality is peaceful but finding a direct auto during peak rush hours is a gamble. Footpaths are broken or missing in some spots, though general cleanliness is alright.

Liveable area but the water supply timing here is strict, coming only for 2 hours in the morning. Internal sector roads are fine but the main junction outside gets bad jams daily. NGL

Visiting friends in Krishna Nagar Vimanapura is completely fine if you have a bike, but buses get very crowded. We have to walk to the main road for cheap dhabas, photocopy shops, and ATMs.

Moving around Mohammed Ali Rd is very easy because the wide internal roads keep traffic flowing nicely. Public transport options like buses and shared vehicles are always available near the main circle. NGL

Very satisfied with the general peace and safety here in Hennur layout. The whole layout feels very safe for walking even late at night after work....

The streets around Santacruz West Santacruz feel safe but a few corner roads get dark after 9 PM. We have to walk to the main road for cheap dhabas, photocopy shops, and ATMs.

The streetlights on the main roads of Jal Vihar Colony Sector 46 work perfectly fine at night. You can easily catch shared rides to the nearest metro station or train terminal from the corner stand.

Getting shared autos or e-rickshaws around here takes just 5 minutes. Public transport options like buses and shared vehicles are always available near the main circle.
