I moved here for my job which is just 2 km from the place I rent in. It's a shoddy lane but the flat is decent and building has good amenities like power backup. It's a bit tricky to walk alone on the street at night though

There are many commercial spaces here and the properties are a bit affordable than most residential areas. You will find mainly independent houses here and not many gated societies but the general atmosphere is vibrant and livable

Because of the metro presence, the area is gaining good traction in my opinion. Otherwise the space needs more improvment in terms of civic infrastructure. renting out commercial spaces can be beneficial as investor

The area is becoming too noisy and crowded lately. there's hardly space to walk. footpaths are narrow and not walkable at all. apart from metro, i don't think there's any other good infrastructure here for residential living

Buildings are very old here. But you ca find decent flats at affordable prices compared to nearby areas. since it does not have many residential apartments, it can be tough to find one near the main road.
