Sector 46 offers excellent connectivity to major IT companies in Sector 62 and nearby areas. My office commute takes just 8 minutes by bike. Golf Course Metro Station is about 3 km away.

It is an average residential area suitable for budget living. The connectivity to Delhi is easy via metro station. But, to go to the metro station, we need to take auto. Local amenities are basic, and entertainment options are limited.

There are good food options, including Pizza Hut and local Punjabi dhabas, in the main market. The rent is very reasonable. The water supply is regular, and power cuts are rare. The area feels safe with good security in residential complexes.

This is a good investment choice in developing Noida. Rental yields are consistent as the demand from tenants are steady. The area has all basic facilities, including schools, hospitals, and shopping centres.
